BRIDGE-IT is an Adult Education project carried out between 2010 and 2012. It provides online learning tools for better integration between migrants and the resident population of EU countries, i.e. a population mainly, but not necessarily, without a personal migration experience.

The project sets out to address two different needs:

  1. to provide tools to distinguish between non-‘racial’ and ‘racial’ physical violence.  Indeed, it is difficult to identify when there is a ‘racial’ motivation behind a physical offence, because it has to be interpreted within the context in which it has happened.
